Del Charro is always fantastic! Stopped by the other evening and was delighted to find out Arthur is one of the new managers! He made sure my party was taken care of and our server was great too!

Very good food and service. We had a Nacho with chicken, the Saturday special Chicken Mole Enchiladas, Blue corn chicken enchiladas, and a Turkey club wrap.

This old saloon just at the edge of the Santa Fe action is a great place for a drink, a burger, or both. My wife and I like to sit in two of the four highly coveted leather chairs by the fireplace on a cold winter day, sipping something to warm us up. The bar's red leather chairs, old wood, rustic tables, and cozy nooks are throwbacks to the old west. You don't have to wear a cowboy hat and boots here, but you may feel more of that vibe if you do. There is also a light and airy dining room on the side. A fine room for lunch but a totally different vibe, more like an indoor garden. On my most recent visit I really enjoyed the ribs, which are a fall-off-the-bone half rack on the appetizer part of the menu. You can make it a full meal with a side of fries or slaw. My only complaint is that the homemade potato chips have disappeared from the menu. I loved them. But we love the feel of this place and will be back many times.

Absolutely loved this place. Went for dinner and back for a late lunch the next day. Met my fellow brit from Rotherham on the wait staff(Rule Brittania) The service was absolutely spot on and the food and drinks were incredible. Whenever I'm back in town, definitely the first stop I'm going to make for the BLT. The bread, bacon hmmmmm, chefs kiss. The cold soup, out of this world and the fennel and apple salad, just right. Wonderful place

Quality food and good service. The nacho royale was great. Ended up coming here a few times while in town as a consistent option with a good vibe and open tables right away!

Excellent food, fast and friendly service. I wanted to try nachos and this place was the only one I found on Google that offered something looking decent in Santa Fe. It did not disappoint (not that I know what nachos should be like but it was very tasty and my European stomach tolerated the mild heat of this meal once I removed the top sprinkling of jalapenos). My husband enjoyed the beef chilli which was hotter than my meal. The club tortilla was lovely too.

First, they were kind when I showed up fifteen minutes early. It was cold out, and they offered me a seat inside to wait. This is so much in contrast to Ortiz when I showed up with a sign outside saying they were open. They treated me like I had three heads and booted me out. Del Charro was so kind. The blue corn enchiladas at Del Charro are the best I have had in town since we have been here (6 days). They have flavor, a ton of flavor, but not too hot. The servers are friendly and treat me respect. The ambience is amazing too. It’s a saloon and Santa Fe combined. The fire is awesome. The Santa Fe Trail margarita could not be better. So, I was settling in and happy with two games on the tv, games I had seen the teams play in person. One man sits at the bar and asks the bartender to change the tv. He changed the center screen. I protested, and he actually said I could move and see the game I had been watching on a smaller screen over to the other side. Me move? Why not the new guy? I believe it was because he was man. Plus, I was watching a second game in my side of the bar. I was there first and watching two games. He could have had the man watch his game in the left screen. Man versus woman at a bar. No bueno.
